In the webinar, we offered tips and strategies tailored to each stage, helping participants take practical steps at every level:

One major topic covered was overcoming obstacles like time, motivation, and knowing where to start. Here are a few strategies shared to help manage these common barriers:

A highlight of the session was  Community Challenge, a program that brings individuals and groups together to pursue wellness goals collectively. The Community Challenge encourages participants to connect with others who share their goals, making health a shared experience that extends beyond individual progress.

Participants can join as individuals or teams, representing workplaces, schools, organizations, or even cities. By fostering a supportive network, the Community Challenge helps keep participants motivated, accountable and inspired.
