Introduction to the Olympic-inspired Health Challenges

We’ll kick things off by introducing the Olympic-inspired health challenges. Inspired by the spirit of the Summer Olympics, these challenges are designed to motivate and inspire participants to push their limits, embrace healthy competition, and achieve their wellness goals and coincide with the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Overview of the Different Challenges and How to Participate

There will be a variety of various challenges available, ranging from physical fitness challenges to nutrition and mindfulness challenges. Participants will learn how to participate, track their progress, and earn rewards for their achievements. A downloadable game board file will help the participants track their daily progress and mark the completed challenges. Once you sign up online, there is also a facilitator guide to provide additional instruction and ideas in addition to affirmation-based coloring pages and sheets.

Benefits of Friendly Competition and Goal-setting for Health

Friendly competition and goal-setting can be powerful motivators for health and well-being. We’ll explore the benefits of participating in challenges, including increased accountability, motivation, and a sense of accomplishment. Setting and achieving goals can boost confidence, resilience, and overall satisfaction with life.

Resources for Tracking Progress and Staying Motivated

We’ll provide resources for tracking progress and staying motivated throughout the challenges, including printable trackers, goal-setting worksheets, and motivational tips. Participants will learn how to stay on track, overcome obstacles, and celebrate their successes as they strive for gold.

As we embark on these Olympic-inspired health challenges, let’s embrace the opportunity to push our limits, support one another, and celebrate our collective achievements. Together, we can overcome obstacles, shatter records, and go for gold in the game of health and wellness! Don’t forget to download the habit tracker sheet for this week!
