Rejoice Your Heart - American Heart Month

Celebrate Heart Month with a community event centered on heart health and prevention. Participants can access free health screenings, heart-healthy education, and local resources to support long-term wellness.

Farmer's Market

Date & Time: March 14, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Join us for our first Farmer’s Market of the year in celebration of Nutrition Month. Attendees will receive FREE fresh fruits and vegetables, connect with health and community resources, and take part in nutrition education and a raffle with fun prizes.

We’re training and certifying members of your community as Community Health Workers (CHWs). They’ll provide one-on-one guidance and resources to help you reach your health goals.

Join free weekly exercise classes, meal-prep sessions, and group support gatherings at your local church. Learn how to monitor key health indicators like blood pressure and make healthier choices.
Support for Everyone in the Community
