We’re training and certifying members of your community as Community Health Workers (CHWs). They’ll provide one-on-one guidance and resources to help you reach your health goals.
  • Activities Designed for You
Join free weekly exercise classes, meal-prep sessions, and group support gatherings at your local church. Learn how to monitor key health indicators like blood pressure and make healthier choices.
  • Support for Everyone in the Community

Whether you're a church member or live nearby, you’ll have access to health information, educational programs, and even fresh produce from local farmers markets.
