Our goal is simple: to inspire and empower school-aged kids and their families to prioritize their well-being throughout the summer months. By spotlighting healthy activities, offering valuable resources, and encouraging exploration of positive habits, Sweet Summer Habits is geared towards making this season the healthiest and happiest one yet!

At Healthier Texas, we believe that taking care of ourselves and championing health in our communities lays the foundation for a healthier future for all Texans. Whether it's staying active, fueling our bodies with nutritious foods, practicing mindfulness, or staying hydrated, embracing small habits can significantly improve our overall well-being.

Together, let's go for gold this summer by cultivating sweet habits that propel us toward victory in the game of health and happiness. It's time to unleash your inner champion and make this summer one for the record books!
